Trade unions actively work together on behalf of all staff with °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ management to improve College proceduresand protect the rights of employees.

Union members are entitled to a range of legal and member services, including representation on a range of issues, both inside and outside the workplace. Restructuring of the faculties within °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ may have serious repercussions for staff and Unions can provide help and support to members who are affected.
